News from Miss Kroening

Grades 1-4

  1. Third graders, please remember that the Battle of the Books novel that was assigned before Christmas break is due this Friday, January 8th.
     
  2. Please see the attached letter explaining our upcoming book reports. It contains a LOT of information about the general process along with the instructions for the first report. Please take time to read it carefully!
     

News from Mr. Monday

Grades 5-8

  1. To those students who still have AR tests, please take them a.s.a.p. Since it is within two weeks of the quarter, you must get a 70% to qualify your book.
     
  2. Look forward to receiving Science Fair information next Wednesday.
     
  3. Please keep in good health, especially over these next few weeks, since the second quarter is coming to an end. Any make-up work might delay receiving your report card.
     

News for the Whole School

  1. The second quarter ends on January 15th. Report cards will be delivered on Friday, January 22nd.
     
  2. A little calendar reminder: there will be no school on Monday, January 18th.
     
  3. Our January Parent/Teacher conferences will take place on Monday, January 25th and Tuesday, January 26th. These are the only two days that we have made available since our numbers are so small. Please plan ahead to make sure you are free to come in and discuss your child's progress and future.
